9 6 2004 NBC News Particle Beam Weapon

Watch this video CLOSELY at 41 seconds in and see a clear picture of an apparent particle beam weapon igniting a nitrite explosion! The point of the NBC Nightly News segment is the availability of nitrate but my point is what was used to ignite the explosion! This piece of footage is from a several year old NBC Nightly News program dated: September 6th, 2004.
