I (like many) have known about HAARP for quite a long time. Ever since the exposure of the experimental station in Alaska. In the last several years however, the fact that it left the experimental stage long ago has been abundantly clear. The unnatural super storms that have increased dramatically have offered mountains of evidence for anyone willing to look.However, not even I had any idea of the extent of weather manipulation development. In the last year, my understanding of HAARP has gone from envisioning huge land-based antenna arrays, to the Sea Based mobile platforms, to the realization that weather modification capable stations cover the country and globe in the form of Nexrad Doppler Radar stations.
