This video does not indicate that an infestion of natural biological mites may not be concurrent. Many Morgellon fibers are macrocycles. Cyclodextrins are large-ring molecules made of linked sugar units (fermented oligosaccharides). Jan Smith calls them "sugar snakes". They are typically made with at least four units in the ring and are rich in polar ether and alcohol groups. They may also be porphyrins or cucurbiturils.
