In trying to understand the strategic purposes for buying this building at an inflated price, I can think of a few reasons.
1. Basement depth - If you have seen the documentary on the construction of the building, it was the deepest excavation in NYC at the time. Other buildings have since been dug deeper. Either there is some serious underground infrastructure (tunnels), or maybe there's a vault of some kind. Why do I say this? The construction manager who oversaw 666 5th Ave as also at WTC, so he probably knew things.
2. Location, Location, Location. The building is inside a pentagram, and whoever owns it can capture the "energy" so to speak, for either good or evil intent.
3. History. The history around the building (Stouffer's, Jordan Belfort, Cigar club) is interesting. The top floor of the building would be a great spot to have important discussions and would therefore be a target for surveillance and blackmail material.
4. The building itself - The construction of the building is a little bit unique because of the aluminum panels (vid related). I don't know a lot about Tesla, but there is possibly something here. Specifically, Tesla Plates, which supposedly disperse or reflect bad energy. Not an expert, here, just spitballin'.

5. Strategic Purposes - We know Lucent technologies was once in the building. Perhaps they had used it as a ground zero for testing their RFID technology, and let's suppose some of that hardware is still in there. Let's also suppose that renovating the building would reveal some of these secrets, and lead to questions about an elite plan to microchip us all with defective hardware that leads to open sores, just like in Revelation. That would be a serious redpill to swallow.

This is interesting, the Judgement against the terror attacks is directly related to Obama's helicopter cash to Iran his last days in office.
