The nuclear devices are stolen from the Russian submarine Kursk. Two Dutch companies, Mammoet and Smit International, were hired by Russia for the salvage operation. Divers from Halliburton (Dick Cheney's company) are very probably responsible for the disappearance of the two nuclear missiles.
