NASA Digital Radiography Technique on Man-Made Cloud Swansea Bay, UK

NRL Scientists Produce Densest Artificial Ionospheric Plasma Clouds Using HAARP
http://www.nrl.navy.mil/media/news-re...

This is what I think (hope) we are seeing.
The extra Aluminum in the atmosphere is reacting with some sort of radio or microwave signal which we can view using the proper procedures put into place by NASA.

This is basically visualizing frequency, much like being able to see vibrations in water. We can't hear the vibrations but we can see the results they leave behind as their physical manifestation.

If we zoom into a wave form on water we could remove the glare and see the actual wave form itself. Using contrast, brightness and hue as a signal fine tuner you can pull out the electronic signal generated by a power source.

The hardened edges in this footage are the result of form waves vibrating.

The US Navy and others are working on using our upper atmosphere as a giant wave reflector in order to communicate with submarines on a global scale. see:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Communic...

Creating a global wifi connection, that with the proper tuner, we can all access.

Since form waves can be seen, there is no reason to expect HAARP scientist not to play around a bit. I would. I would adjust the impulse in such a manner to cause the hardened edges to look like animals, people, things - whatever I could get to happen. NASA calls them "Intermetallic matrix compositions".

This is scientific experimentation that is required with any new technology. We need to learn what it can and cannot do.

You must download the HD version and watch it on your HD monitor to see the detail.
If you have Man-Made cloud footage of your own, please take a second look using this method. The concentrated aluminum will show as darker sections of the mist. As it is pulled together it blocks sunlight on the Earth side.

toward the end of the video you said that the electrical impulses that were captured in that still visual image appear to be bouncing because they were captured between chips....which chips? the one in your camera? and what other chips? Is that also the reason for all the movement in another video you did using this (but you were not doing the image itself- just the impulses that were recorded by you chip ) where it looked like a circuit board. That one looked like it was actually programmed.

Chips on the CCD platter, or pixels but we need to think of the camera as an electronic data collection device.
The circuit board coming into view after stacking the editing tool was very freaky. I recognize the resisters, amplifiers, condensers and a variety of routing switches. How this is is viable I cannot answer 100% but I have a general understanding from reading all the available literature.

I DID read your comments in your videos , though, where you said that you would not just SAY it because it was too...BID? weird? different? if what you thought was true but if someone figured it out for themselves you would discuss it with them I DO understand that. I DO think that the gray stuff is manmade 'smart dust', nanoparticles, synthetic life forms, programmable intelligent nanobots, however you want to term it, and it is already a huge part of our environment(maybe even part of us)..

      'smart dust'
You got that right but I have mixed feeling about a global coverage with potential deadly results.
I also think that if those in charge wanted to kill us we would all be dead. After seeing the things I've seen I've come to the conclusion that multidimensional realities do exist and the occupants of those dimensions are as unaware of us as we are of them but that is about to change.
I hope that history does not look at us as the generation that refused the upgrade.

How do you 'remove the haze'? What program are you using to do that?....please... I am not very knowledgeable in these image and video editing programs. or as smart as you are. I miss much of what you are implying and/or showing without stating your conclusions or what it is exactly that your analysis is showing except that the clouds are not as or what they appear to be... I DO appreciate your work....and your clues, though I DO wish you would share your conclusions....

The haze is removed by starting with the contrast, then bright/dark until the next view appears. Tune in that signal range by stacking or adding another bright/contrast tool on top of 1st. I've been able to change the tune 11 separate channels and nothing at 12. Find something of interest and zoom in and tune until visible. I use Adobe Premier Pro because that's what NASA uses. They give away a free version on their website to use the technique on deep space plasmatic structures.
