I want to know exactly how this got into 'diversity training' and who got it into that 'curriculum'. The fact that it got into  all the agencie that have diversity training is alaming. Thiss fact makes  the diversity training program itself suspect. Perhaps it it time that we reviewed diversity training itself. How did such a thing become a part of the federal government training programs? What IS diversity training? It sounds like something that comes out of marxist ideology  and the SJW ideology. These ideologies are not based in science. They are based in a cultural marxist worldview.
