World View: Russia Declares the Autonomous Republic of Crimea

 Well hell that is what every entry about crimea calls it  and has called it at least since 1992... in wiki...dictionaries.... etc...so wtf...that is wht it is called and has been called but it has been semiautonomous as most of the 'autonomous republics are......if it becomes totally its own country it woukd just be called the republic of crimea....maybe they mean  tht it is associated with Russia now intead of Ukraine...but th articl does not say ,,,it just acts like that term is a big deal....not---been called that for 20 years at least

this eastern realities, world  view, govts and terminology is so confusing ...for awesterner
