Tokyo Electric Power Co. said Wednesday it has observed a neutron beam, a kind of radioactive ray, 13 times on the premises of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant after it was crippled by the massive March 11 quake-tsunami disaster.
TEPCO, the operator of the nuclear plant, said the neutron beam measured about 1.5 kilometers southwest of the plant's No. 1 and 2 reactors over three days from March 13 and is equivalent to 0.01 to 0.02 microsieverts per hour and that this is not a dangerous level.
The utility firm said it will measure uranium and plutonium, which could emit a neutron beam, as well.
In the 1999 criticality accident at a nuclear fuel processing plant run by JCO Co. in Tokaimura, Ibaraki Prefecture, uranium broke apart continually in nuclear fission, causing a massive amount of neutron beams.

TOKYO -- Two weeks after a tsunami triggered a crisis at a nuclear plant, Japan's government said Friday that there is a possible breach at a reactor -- meaning radioactive contamination at the complex is more serious than once thought -- but there could be other explanations for highly radioactive water detected at the site.
Japanese leaders defended their decision to evacuate only people living within 12 miles of the plant, insisting that others are safe if they stay indoors. But officials also said residents may want to move to areas with better facilities, since supplies in the tsunami-devastated region are running short.
The U.S. has recommended that people stay 50 miles away from the plant.
The escalation in the nuclear plant crisis came as the death toll from the quake and tsunami passed 10,000 Friday. Across the battered northeast coast, hundreds of thousands of people whose homes were destroyed have had no power, no hot meals and, in many cases, no showers for 14 days.
The uncertain nuclear situation again halted work at the Fukushima Dai-ichi complex, where authorities have been scrambling to stop the overheated facility from leaking dangerous radiation. Low levels of radiation have been seeping out since the March 11 quake and tsunami knocked out the plant's cooling system, but a breach could mean a much larger release. The most likely consequence would be contamination of the groundwater.
"We are not in a position where we can be optimistic," a somber Prime Minister Naoto Kan said in an address to the nation. "We must treat every development with the utmost care."
Suspicions of a breach in the plan's Unit 3 were raised when two workers suffered skin burns after wading into water 10,000 times more radioactive than levels normally found in water in or around a reactor, the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency said.
Water with equally high radiation was found in the Unit 1 reactor building, Tokyo Electric Power Co. officials said. Water was also discovered in Units 2 and 4, and the company said it suspects that, too, is radioactive. Officials acknowledged that the water would delay work inside the plant.
Plant officials and government regulators say they don't know the source of the radioactive water discovered at Units 1 and 3. It could have come from a leaking reactor core, associated pipes, or a spent fuel pool. Or it may be the result of overfilling the pools with emergency cooling water.
Kan apologized to farmers and business owners for the toll the radiation has taken on their livelihoods: Several countries have halted some food imports from areas near the plant after elevated levels of radiation were found in raw milk, sea water and 11 kinds of vegetables, including broccoli, cauliflower and turnips.
He thanked utility workers, firefighters and military personnel for "risking their lives" to cool the overheated facility.
The nuclear crisis has compounded the challenges faced by a nation already saddled with a humanitarian disaster. WASHINGTON – During a detailed analysis of four west coast RadNet air monitor filters, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) identified trace amounts of radioactive iodine, cesium, and tellurium consistent with the Japanese nuclear incident. These levels are consistent with the levels found by a Department of Energy monitor last week and are to be expected in the coming days.
EPA’s samples were captured by three monitors in California and one in Washington State on Friday, March 18 and sent to EPA scientists for detailed laboratory analysis. The data was reviewed over the weekend and the analysis was completed Monday night. The radiation levels detected on the filters from California and Washington monitors are hundreds of thousands to millions of times below levels of concern.
In addition, last night preliminary monitor results in Hawaii detected minuscule levels of an isotope that is also consistent with the Japanese nuclear incident. This detection varies from background and historical data in Hawaii. This isotope was detected at our fixed monitor in Hawaii, and it is far below any level of concern for human health. The sampling filter from this monitor is being sent to our national radiation lab for further analysis.
In a typical day, Americans receive doses of radiation from natural sources like rocks, bricks and the sun that are about 100,000 times higher than what we have detected coming from Japan. For example, the levels we’re seeing coming from Japan are 100,000 times lower than what you get from taking a roundtrip international flight.
EPA is in the process of conducting detailed filter analyses for fixed monitors located in Oregon.
EPA’s RadNet filter results for San Francisco, Seattle, Riverside and Anaheim, California detected minuscule quantities of iodine isotopes and other radioactive particles that pose no health concern at the detected levels. Below are the results of the detailed filter analysis. All of the radiation levels detected during the detailed filter analysis are hundreds of thousands to millions of times below levels of concern.

THIS DOES NOT COME ONLY FROM BP or THE US govt. ! It has required the inaction of many govts. AND THE entire POPULATION of the world,each and every one of us has STOOD by AND WATCHED..!
We can throw all the words,,blame, namecalling,actual facts ,who' s right and who,s wrong...but.... The earth is being attacked and everyone of us with it!
.And with the weather terrror in the world ....and the constant assault on the environment-the only action that counts is to STOP! 6 billion of us and we stand by and watch...Our inaction is far worse than BP's action....maybe we don't deserve this home!

My 'Sun' had a Coronal Mass Ejection at Sunset! March23, 2011
I caught it on tape ... I kept thinking I saw sparks in the air,,,,like lightning bugs or something,,,,,but then I caught more than a spark and I KNEW them. This air IS electrified! Way too much energy in the air. However, that description can only make sense to you if you have experienced it.....
I watch the webcams around the world somewhere every day. There are some very strange 'suns' around the world....Most of the weird ones are plasma....Plasma is very responsive and easily manipulated by electrical and/or electromagnetic energy...Plasma must have a container to have shape, otherwise it is more gaseous or liquid and and and cannot hold itself together. Electricity and electromagnetic waves can be used as a coontainer for plasma....consequently, though, when these fluctuate, it fluctuates....hence you can sometimes see it morphing or melting. Perhaps, this is a possibility for what is behind the morphing, fake plane and disappearing phenomena assoiated with the fake plane chemtrail sprayers.....
Beware of the gray cloud stuff. It seems to have creepy crawler monsters in it. It can interact with other clouds especially the pink ones....I theorize that this is nanoparticles(smart dust) at work...

Gulf Oilspill: A Misdirection for Global Deception?
There are many things and much observation that led me to the conclusion that the oilspill was really a misdirection for something much bigger. It is a very long story. THis is just 1 of the pieces of the puzzle, but it is a beginning.
I live 7 miles from the Gulf of Mexico, and 60 miles east of New Orleans. A very strange sky with many fantastic,even miraculous looking occurences since the oilspill made me very suspicious ....but when these strange things started showing up with the 'sun', I began to see that the oilspill truly was a misdirection for deception--- A GLOBAL DECEPTION!

Is THIS what the oilspill was really about? -- A way to set up something in the Gulf IN SECRECY .... to complete the technological setup for implementing a project bluebeam scenario....Could the sky be an illusion?....All I know is this is the weirdest thing I have ever seen...I truly believe that this is a satellite projection and not the real sun...I did not check my videos from the last month. AFTER I took this video....I found out that this phenomena started showing up in my videos THIS month. I did not notice it while I was videoing before because , the light from the sun is sooo bright now...I could no longer see what I was taping when I tried to video the sun.... I don't think these show up to the naked eye ...I cannot be sure yet....I only downloaded the videos without watching them...I later discovered that these anomalies began in October.
By Christmas the sun was setting in the South---not southwest , but South!
But the sun has not been the only unusual thing in the sky. I have almost 100 videos documenting the sky during the oilspill. If you are interested, the link for my youtube channel is below.
